Community Advocacy
The House of Mercy strives to be an advocate for our neighborhood in every way. This includes meeting with officials to increase investments, and participating in events such as the Eastside Grassroots Coalition to work for neighborhood improvements.

How to help
There are many ways you can help support the House of Mercy's mission to promote a healthy neighborhood. This can include volunteering your time in our youth programs or donating funds or goods such as backpacks and Christmas gifts.
​Latest project

The House of Mercy is proud to be an integral part of the Eastside Grassroots Coalition. The EGC is a collaboration between the House of Mercy and Urban Erie Community Development Corporation. It focuses on neighborhood revitalization in our east Erie community.

Projects include home improvements, youth development, urban gardening, and economic development and job growth.
