We are always looking for volunteers to help with our numerous youth programs! During the school year we have homework help and enrichment activities including cooking lessons, financial literacy classes, and art lessons.

In the summertime, we provide enrichment activities, a healthy lunch, and experience working in the garden as well as weekly field trips!

We are currently in need of volunteers for our summer program starting July 9, 2018 from 12:30pm-4pm Mon. through Thurs. If interested simply fill out an application, and either email it to us or drop it off!

The House of Mercy relies solely on donations to run all of its programs. In order to support our efforts, we hold two special event fundraisers each year.

In the fall, we host a Techno Bingo, featuring all technology prizes, a gift auction, and door prizes

In the spring, we host a traditional Spring Tea, featuring tea, sandwiches, fruit, cookies, and music. There is also a large gift auction and door prizes.

If interested in helping out at either of these events, submit your email to receive updates on when and where we need you!

We are looking for one short-term piano teacher for our youth program!

Youth would meet with the volunteer once a week for 4-5 weeks, the last meeting being a recital. This is a very fun opportunity and has been filled before with college students. College students and community members alike will have a meaningful experience as a piano teacher volunteer, and we encourage all interested to contact us.

Please note: Any teacher interested will need clearances.
